Rhianwen is Director of BCPC and Middlesex University Link. She holds a BCPC Diploma in Counselling, a Post-Qualifying Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People and is a UKCP registered and BACP accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor. She is also a supervisor. Rhianwen has a small private practice working with teenagers and adults in Wiltshire. She has a background in business and management in the broadcasting industry.
Juliette joined BCPC in February 2019 upon returning to the UK after 10 years in Australia. She previously worked as Clinic Coordinator at a specialists' practice supporting a team of physicians & psychologists and prior to that worked in the property industry.
Karen joined BCPC as the Finance Manager in February 2015 and has overall responsibility for the finance function at BCPC. She also holds the post of Company Secretary. She is AAT qualified with nearly 25 years experience in the UK charity sector. Before moving to BCPC she was employed for 22 years, in a similar role, by Women’s Aid Federation of England, a national domestic violence charity. She also looks after the finances, in a voluntary capacity for two small “not for profit” groups.
Lydia joined BCPC as Administrator in January 2023. She previously worked in training and administrative roles at University of Bath.
