Experienced Individual and Couples Psychotherapist
I believe that for most of us our greatest yearning is to be heard, understood and accepted just as we are. I also believe that we develop as human beings in the context of relationships and that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful vehicle for personal growth and development. At its heart, my practice is based on partnership, working with you to help make sense of your experience and the difficulties you are facing. You may be struggling in your relationships, navigating difficult life transitions or maybe wanting to discover more about what's important to you. Through exploration and discovery lies the possibility for change - from simply feeling better to profound shifts in how you choose to live your life.
My areas of interest include the couple relationship, the mind/body connection and issues relating to parenting and the ageing process. My special area of expertise is working with individuals and couples who are living with the impacts of a life threatening illness.
