About me and my approach
I am training from a humanistic and integrative approach, which means I draw on a range of theoretical perspectives whilst always prioritising you and your experience.
I will seek to understand your reality in depth and support you to explore how your past has brought you to your present.
I provide a focused and confidential space where, in your own time, we can untie the issues that are affecting you. These may be anxiety, depression, anger, addiction, bereavement, existential crises, family/marital challenges, a confused sense of self and identity, or perhaps just a loss of direction or motivation in life.
I have a background in music and education. I have always worked with people and am passionate about self-expression and identity.
I am currently undertaking an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling.
