Low-cost therapy in Bristol
I am a UKCP-registered trainee psychotherapist based in Bristol, offering a warm, compassionate, and inclusive space where you can feel safe and supported. My approach is grounded in deep attentiveness and curiosity about your unique experiences, thoughts, and feelings. We can explore what you want to bring into the room, without judgment, and with the understanding that your voice and perspective are valued.
My work draws from a broad spectrum of therapeutic approaches, allowing me to tailor our sessions to your needs. I integrate a variety of therapeutic influences to support you in cultivating self-compassion and fostering a deeper connection with yourself.
Before beginning my formal training in psychotherapy, I worked in Education, which sparked my interest in how our childhood experiences shape the patterns of relating we carry into adulthood. I believe that exploring early relationships and formative experiences can offer valuable insights into how we navigate the world today. You can expect me to approach our work with sensitivity, empathy, and a deep respect for your personal journey.
As part of my training, I have volunteered as a trainee therapist at Mothers for Mothers in Bristol.
Sessions are face-to-face, weekly and usually on a long term basis. I currently charge £25 per session. My practice room is in BS15.
Please get in touch through my email to arrange an initial session.
