I am a psychotherapist living and working from central Bristol. I work with individuals face to face for weekly sessions. I offer both short and long term therapy providing a welcoming, non-judgemental and confidential environment. During your sessions, we will look into what brings you to therapy - where you are in life, where you may aspire to be, what obstacles are in the way of a more fulfilling way of being, and coming into a more compassionate relationship with oneself.
Sometimes we can feel very alone in the world. Psychotherapy is an opportunity to engage in a relationship where you can be seen and heard, a safe space to explore what is troubling you. I offer an understanding and confidential space, where I place your needs centrally.
I offer weekly 50 minute sessions and my fee is currently £65 per session.
You can contact me to arrange an initial session, where we can discuss how psychotherapy may help you.

I've completed a foundation year and a seven year post-graduate Masters and professional Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. This means that I have studied a range of approaches and styles, and have acquired a broad understanding of psychotherapeutic theories. My practice is based upon humanistic principles, which emphasise each individual’s innate human potential and their capacity for self-determination. Though I am influenced by theory, I believe it is the unique quality of the relationship between therapist and client that can provide deep healing.
I have 8 years experience working in private practice.
