I am a trainee Psychotherapist in the final year of my Diploma/Masters in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC). I am registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
From my experience working therapeutically with people and being in therapy, I know that having psychotherapy can make the difference between simply surviving and thriving in our lives. Whether you are interested in working through a current problem or difficulty or finding out more about yourself, I provide a safe and accepting environment to help you explore what might be holding you back and work out your meanings.
As a trainee, I am able to offer therapy at affordable rates. I offer face to face sessions that are 50 minutes long on a weekly basis at the same time and day each week. I am based in Fishponds, in a quiet area near Oldbury Court Park.
