Psychotherapy in Bath and Stroud
People come to therapy for any number of reasons. Sometimes we are hit by life events which seem unbearable or unmanageable. Or we find ourselves stuck in a place of anxiety or depression, or in repeating patterns of suffering which seem to have us trapped.
It might be about relationships, or work, or the unbearable loss of someone close to us, or living with chronic illness. And often it may have no obvious life event to link it to. Whatever brings you to come and talk, I seek to offer a safe, confidential, creative place to explore difficult issues and ongoing personal problems.
I bring a wealth of experience working with people in individual therapy and the charitable sector as well as a number of years in the management of a listening organisation. I also have spent many years working in a commercial business environment.
I've been in private practice since 2014 and I see clients at my practice the centre of Bath and in Stroud.
