Hello, I’m Fuchsia
I believe in the power of a safe space where you can show up as your true self and feel accepted. I’m committed to ensuring that our work together is built on respect, empathy, and generosity - values I see as essential to meaningful therapy.
Reaching out for support can feel daunting, but I’m here to make it as easy as possible. In our time together, you can expect me to be:
My Approach
I offer a flexible, person-centred approach to therapy, meaning our sessions are shaped by what works best for you. Together, we will explore what’s happening in your life and how past experiences might impact your present. My goal isn't to 'fix' you but to empower you - helping you better understand yourself, make decisions that reflect your values, and live a more fulfilling life.
My Background
With over 20 years of experience in community services, I’m privileged to have worked alongside people from all walks of life. My career has involved extensive mental health work, particularly with those impacted by exclusion and disadvantage. In recent years, I’ve also helped establish a specialist suicide bereavement service, where I continue to serve as a senior practitioner.
Availability & Contact Details

I look forward to hearing from you,
Fuchsia
