There are many reasons for which people may seek therapy. For some, it is a traumatic or significant event that brings them here. For others, it might be that they feel directionless, or find themselves stuck in repetitive cycles or experiencing a disconnection or numbness. Others find themselves struggling with relationships, sexual issues or compulsive behaviour. There are no 'right' reasons for seeking help and connection, and wherever I find you I aim to meet you with warmth, empathy and authenticity. Together, I hope we can find your story in a way that makes sense to you and have space to explore new ways of being
I offer a place where you can be deeply listened to and supported to tune into and trust what your feelings are telling you about your experiences. I don't give advice, instead aiming to support a deepening relationship with yourself and your own inherent bodily wisdom. Through working with both the past and the here-and-now, I offer the opportunity to rework old experiences and integrate them. I work to support you to find your own authentic experience of the world.

I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist in training, completing a Masters in Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapy at Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC). My clinical work is supported by a UKCP and BCPC accredited Supervisor. I previously worked with The Swan Project in Montpelier which is a long-term low-cost service that specialises in addiction issues.
As a trainee, I offer low-cost therapy at £30 per session. My sessions are conducted in person in Stokes Croft.
