NOT CURRENTLY TAKING ON NEW CLIENTS

I am a psychotherapist in training and member of UKCP, offering low cost psychotherapy in central Bristol.

My style is warm, compassionate and collaborative and I provide a confidential space free from judgment. I believe you are the expert in your own experiences and I offer to be alongside you in whatever you choose to bring to our sessions - all feelings and experiences are welcome and valued. I will work with you collaboratively to build a strong therapeutic partnership so that you can feel safe to express yourself freely and in doing so gain self understanding, acceptance, increased resilience and more balance in your life.

I am trained in a wide range of psychotherapeutic theories so that I can work with you as an individual, drawing on different expertise to meet your needs. This is a creative and collaborative process and one that is unique to you and led by you.

I am consciously committed to anti-oppressive practice within my psychotherapy practice.

My fee is currently £30 per hour. Sessions are held weekly and are 50mins long. I practice from Arches Therapy Rooms on Cheltenham Road, Bristol
