My approach
I use a Humanistic & Integrative approach in my practice, which incorporates Psychodynamic Principles and Early Childhood patterns of behaviour. Thus the central emphasis is on the relationship and how we relate to each other and others in our lives.
We all need conformation and to feel valued, as unique human beings and given the right conditions we are able to fulfil our true potential in life.
Thus ‘growth and healing comes from our authentic experience through our mind, body and spirit‘(Carl Rogers 1950).
