I am a UKCP trainee psychotherapist at BCPC, offering low-cost psychotherapy to adults in Bristol.
If you are experiencing relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, difficulties with transition, searching for meaning in your life or if you have experienced some trauma, psychotherapy might be helpful to you.
During each session I will offer you the chance to talk about your experiences and help you foster a genuine interest and deeper relationship with yourself. During therapy you can learn how to cope with your feelings, set appropriate boundaries and experience a growing resilience.
Weekly sessions are confidential and non-judgmental, supporting exploration, growth and change within a holistic perspective. I use a range of therapeutic models, offering thoughtful support with warmth, creativity and insight.
My sessions are one-to-one, 50 minutes long and in person. I currently charge £25 per session.
I’m currently in my 1st year of psychotherapy training and last year I held a placement at a low-cost counselling service called Maybe South West where I saw a range of clients with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to childhood trauma.
You can call me on 0777 0513481 or e-mail carreragaelle@gmail.com if you would like to arrange a first meeting or if you have any questions.
My practice room is in Central Bristol near Old Market, Vessel, 48 Gloucester Ln, Bristol BS2 0DP.
I speak English and French.
